I get the same thing with this version, I have tried all protections patches and always get the same error maybe this is for consoles only, Plus i don't knot what CTR.sub is for? Anyone? What other version of this game does work with epsxe?

CTR cant be emulated... Ive downloaded 4 different files and eventually cloned my original... I tried with epsxe1.6 and 1.5... Also I tried PCSX.... None of the 4 or my cloned original worked with any of the emulators... I get the same screen (however my original CTR disc can be played on all 3 emulators)... Why? I dont know, but anyway whats the good in that other than making a backup to play on the console....

If i remember well, for the error look at the compatibility list of ePSXe.......
Setting ePSXe like written in the compatibility list the game work perfectly (i played for a while)

I tryed many times to do a copy from both an original and a backup CD, but nothing to do with the Playstation....... :eviltongue::eviltongue:

i used isobuster to change the format to an image fiel and such, then burned it using clonecd, but the playstation doenst think its a playstation disc, does my system need to be modded?

the thing is, this doesn't even work on my modded psx. I mean, it runs the game until the main menu, but if I try to select a race, it just crashes at the second loading screen :(

PAL VERSION TESTED ONLY

Opcode 27 unk is a pain in the (beep) problem which after housrs i found a solution first the patch must be renamed. ngemu .com/psx/misc.php?action=ppf (download the ppf only) either SCES_021.ppf or SCES_021.05.ppf Or SCES_021.05 now im not sure which one does the job but i just copied and made these copies. Also place in patches folder. Next You NEED the pal bios. dragonballarena.gamesurf.it/english/media/giochi/psx.php it is SCPH7502.bin now configure epsxe to run the pal bios and make sure in the sound plugin that you have chosen is P.E.Op.S. DSound Auido Driver 1.9 and click Enable SPU IRQ hack. now run the game and if you see a screen saying Mission Completed Sir it should work. Press X and wait a couple seconds for the game to work you will see a block screen for a lil but it starts dont panic. The only glitch i have noticed so far is the uka uka mask when he is supposed to talk to you the game appears to freeze dont worry just press Triangle till he diassapears.
