has been around for ages mostly through the Callus emulator. Just
recently, CPS2 was made possibly although difficult encryption found
on CPS2 boards.

Kawaks (Homepage)
Emulates CPS1/CPS2/NeoGeo very nicely. Features online play, a good
selection of video modes/effects. Easy to use interface where you
click scan after inserting the proper ROM folder(s) and it'll find
the games you have available.

Nebula (Homepage)
Another great emulator capable of emulating CPS1, CPS2, Neogeo, PGM
and Konami games. Pretty much just as easy to use as the above.
