KIGB (Homepage)
According to the homepage this is the most accurate and free portable
emulator for Gameboy, Gameboy Color and Super Gameboy for Windows,
Linux and MS-DOS. Whether this is true or not is upto you to decide.
This one also offers TCP/IP link support aswell as support for Gameboy
Printer (who needs that anyway? :)) These guys are serious with their
work and have even showed this at this
page, where many of the Gameboy emus are compared.
